Balance is the key to a healthy, happy life. So what are the steps to have a balanced life? We have completely different ideas, but here's mine.
1. Have plenty of exercise, sleep, water and nutritious food.
2. Learn to relax.
3. Rid yourself of negative emotions.
4. Embrace gratitude.
5. Learn to forgive.
6. Visualize your goals.
7. Have a time each day to be alone.
8. Simplify your life.
9. Develop a sense of humor.
10. Be affectionate.

0 Ten Commandments of Health
I read an article about Ten Commandments of Health in a magazine more than 10 years ago, so I jot down some info since I find it very enlightening.
1. Never lose interest in life and the world.
2. Eat in moderation and at regular hours.
3. Have plenty of exercise but no too much as to strain yourself.
4. Get plenty of sleep.
5. Have a daily schedule of life and keep it.
6. Don’t allow yourself to be annoyed.
7. Get a lot of sunlight.
8. Drink as much water as you can.
9. Don’t overdo things.
10. Obey your doctor and consult him often.
